I have purchased some products from a manufacturer in China and need to ship them to Germany. I would like to cooperate with you. What should I do?
- When you place an order with the manufacturer, you need to use our warehouse address as the shipping address and inform the manufacturer that each carton or wooden box needs to have a label information (customer name+contact information) posted on it. You can then have the manufacturer send the goods to our warehouse.
- After the warehouse operators have collected all your goods, we will pack them according to your requirements.
- After the packaging is completed, we will send you the waybill information.
- The waybill payment is completed, and the goods are loaded into containers and sent to your country.
Can sea freight packages be delivered to my company address or home address?
For North American and European customers, we will ship the package to your personal address through local logistics; For most African countries, we will send the goods to our overseas warehouse, which is usually located in the capital and economic port cities. After the goods arrive at the warehouse, we will notify you to pick them up, or we can also send them to you through local logistics. Local logistics fees will be calculated separately.
How to compensate for the loss of sea freight goods?
- If insurance is not purchased and the backend courier fails to pick up the package, compensation will be made based on 20/KG for loss, and the shipping fee will not be refunded; Purchased insurance will compensate based on the insured value, without refunding the shipping fee;
- The backend courier has extracted and confirmed the lost item. According to the official compensation standard of the courier, the maximum compensation is $100 per shipment;
- High value goods customers can purchase commercial insurance on their own;
- If the problem is caused by the customer’s concealment or inability to provide product related information, it is not within the scope of compensation;
- If there are any objections after the goods are signed for, please raise them within 14 natural days. Claims for inspection will not be accepted after the deadline.
